Our Services

The MDS team provides a broad array of consulting and valuation services. MDS offers numerous report options for consultation and valuation assignments. Note that the options for valuation work include both narrative and "form" reports.

All assignments completed by MDS conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) adopted by The Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) of The Appraisal Foundation. Furthermore, all work completed by MDS conforms with the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute.
